Juniors class teaches our future generation the value of fitness in sport and life. This class is meant to teach kids how to use their body safely and properly while improving their abilities in all aspect of sport and fitness.
Olympic Weightlifting
Learn the basics of the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch as well as gain strength, coordination, and mobility.
Fast & Fit
High energy class that mixes cardio, bodyweight exercises, and strength training into a 45 minute workout.
